We went to visit a home represented by Alexa. We were told there was a transferable builders Warranty on the home along with a text to confirm this, so we decided to make an offer on a home in Palm City. We waived the inspection to move the sale along quickly. After speaking with our son, he asked us to check on the warranty. We proceeded to call the builders model center and they told us this was not true. There was no warranty on the home after two years. We then asked our realtor to ask for an inspection within 2 days to secure our $875,000. Purchase. The realtor texted our realtor that the owners had rejected our offer now that we wanted an inspection. After speaking with an attorney, he suggested calling the broker. My Realtor was emotionally unstable! One of the WORST experiences of my life! She screamed at me to the point that my fiance' had to tell her she was "done verbally abusing" me. The sale was part of my divorce settlement. She is now testifying against me in court for my EX after I did not meet HER standards in an "as is" sale! So, SELLERS beware! Don't trust this agency!
