Hands down the most incompetent and unprofessional real estate brokerage I have ever dealt with. This place feels like a revolving door of clueless, entry-level agents who have no idea what they’re doing and clearly lack even the most basic real estate knowledge. Communication was a nightmare, details were constantly wrong, and I had to repeat myself over and over just to get simple information across. The broker owner, Adele DeMoro, was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and hostile. Instead of addressing concerns like a professional, she responded with attitude and zero accountability. Completely disgusted with the integrity of the realtor which is a reflection of the agency she represents. Interested in a property listed by Lara Glassman, was told best and final offer and fully transparent about being contingent ( closing in 1 week of my own home) was told offer accepted to find out hours later the "seller" ( aka the contractor who is also is her husband) went with a non contingent offer. They played games from the minute I submitted an offer. If this is a reflection how everyone in this realty works I would stay away.

I inquired about a property through a Realtor.com twice with no response. Left 2 messages on the office voicemail with no response. And called the listing realtor, left a message and a text. No response from the listing agent. Great way to run a business.

Nancy was amazing! she was helpful and always available for questions. As a first time homebuyer there was a lot we did not know but Nancy was there for every step along the way. She made the process easy and seamless. When looking at properties she was fast to reply with any I found but also was constantly giving updates on properties she found as well. Highly recommend Nancy for all your realtor needs!
