I bought a new phone fro them 12 days ago they told me the charger port was broken in my old phone which was not true and yesterday made 2times i went to the store i was called a liar on sat. On sunday i called corp.and after nearly 30 mins on phone a supervisor 30 mina supervisor gets on.the line only to hangng on he hung up the call. Wow what great customer look ing out customer service

Very nice woman greeted us, even though we left disappointed because they didn't have anything available due to the size of our sweet dog we still had a great conversation with her and left with a smile.
