If I could give zero stars I would. This realty company doesn’t deserve any. Agent Michael Janik refuses to return calls after leaving no less than 3 detailed messages. His firms broker John O. McDonald was even less interested in hearing or resolving my complaint about his agents failure to bother returning my messages. In fact, he refused to even provide any info on the listing I was interested in and advised I had to have a realty agent to represent me or I couldn’t make an offer on the property and he would not provide information on the property. It is a fact that a buyer does not have to be represented by an agent and can make an offer to the sellers representative on their own behalf.
