Mayre E Cruz Sanchez provided a horrible experience while trying to start the process of buying a home he was the listed agent for. He was rude, passive aggressive, spoke over me and made very prejudice comments. I had to take my request up to a higher up- with brokers after he hung up in my face. Extremely rude and i'd never ever want him to represent me as a buyer or seller. Do better KW.

Mike Bancroft was great to work with; he sold our rental property quickly and made the process easy from start to finish.
