I hired this agency to sell my home, and once my agent found out I was building a home, she asked to represent me with my new build to make it easier with the transition from moving from the old home to the new one. I still to this day,don't know what purpose she provided for me on my new build besides forwarding my builder's emails to me,in which I was getting already. She also never showed up for any meetings with the builder, she would call me with some excuse not to show up.It also seemed to me that she lost interest in selling my old home once she signed on to my new build.I also found her to be irresponsible and unprofessional. When she did an open house on my property, she lowered my AC down to 70 degrees, and left it that way for 4 days. Her excuse was to make the home comfortabl
