My wife and I are both lifetime residents of Summit NJ and between our two families have owned more than six houses in the town. After a bit of some fits and starts we chose Diane Terry and Keller Williams to sell our house. Diane was great, professional and spot on with her advice and counsel. We pretty much know all the realtors in Summit on a first name basis and there is no one we would recommend more than Diane and Keller Williams.

Friendly staff and high level achievers. All week long training. Knowledgeable teams leads and facilitators with ever smiling strong multi talented customer service support staff at the front desk. She’s awesome. The Team deserve 5 star but the high monthly pay, commission split for a newbie is not working for me. But overall is a very good brokerage to be part of if you are ready to do business. You will be challenge, motivated, and pushed until you start winning.

Shannon Aronson and her team should be avoided at all costs. They "sold" my house in Summit but only after I spent a fortune remodeling it. The realtor and her associate were too busy/didn't care enough to attend the open house after I had remodeled it. After a few weeks the house got several offers and they pushed me to take and offer much lower than the house was worth. I researched all the home sales and Summit and found out my house was worth $ 50 K more than they were pushing me to accept. In the end I did all of the thinking work but they got the commission. Bad deal for me I would not use them again for my other properties in Summit

We are having a current financial crisis on a house that is falling apart, hit with dozens of fines and with tenants that cant even cooperate nor pay rent so based on a friend's referral we decided to go with Brian Nielson. A year ago I rented a place in Chatham from someone that was represented by one of their agents, Terry Brannin. I was paying a very expensive rent, but the landlord would refuse to do necessary maintenance work. It was a nightmare and I had to move out.
