Real estate agent Nate Goodlin contacted me about a potential buyer for our home. He sent a showing agreement for me to sign and confirmed a specific date and time. Knowing we are actively living in the home while building our next one, we spent considerable time thoroughly cleaning and preparing the property. On the day of the appointment, neither the agent nor the clients showed up or contacted me. When I reached out to Nate afterward, he said he hadn’t heard from the clients all week. This no-call, no-show wasted several hours of preparation and disrupted our family’s schedule. I wouldn’t use them. I had an encounter with Heather Hays who I found to be a small-minded and bigoted individual. I am certain some might not mind dealing trans/homophobes (in fact some might consider that a bonus: I don’t). And I wanted to share the experience to provide more awareness as to what this firm seems to really represent. I’m a home owner and have bought and sold multiple homes through the years. I can say with assurance I will never list with this firm and if I ever saw them as a selling agency, I’d look elsewhere.

Toni with Keller Williams is amazing! She guided us through the home buying process and was available anytime we needed her.
