Don't ever work with Luz Jacqueline Spriggs, she and her brother Ramon Ludena are the WORST realtors in Florida. I lost my deposit of more than $40,000 of a downpayment for an apartment because of their negligence and lack of basic realtor ethics. They made me give 15% for a downpayment without even checking the prices on the properties where I was trying to buy from. They let the contract expire without telling me, and kept me asking to request 3 more extensions what at the end resulted in the loss of my life savings and my mothers. It's been a nightmare to work with them. Ramon practically disappeared and Jacqueline tried to convince me not writing a review by wanting me to receive 5% (-10% less of what I lost) to buy a new house after over a year of disappearing too. Jackie Spriggs, Realtor from Keller Williams Eagle Realty is bad unprofessional realtor I would never want to buy or sell with. She called me asking if I want to sell my property & saying she has a buyer. I answered sure bring a buyer and I pay standard 3% buyer’s agent commission. Instead She was pushing to get a listing with an arrogance as she’s entitled for it, making me a fool that it doesn’t work that way, the only way to bring her existing buyer is to list my property with her at 6% commission, so her call was deceitful, she tried to get a listing, she had no buyer. I answered I would not be willing to list with her. She called me loco in Spanish and hung up. I feel so bad such realtors represent our city. She’s very unprofessional & to be avoided at all costs

I would never recommend Ken Rubman as a Realtor (working for Keller Williams Eagle Realty), my experience as a Buyer it was terrible; he was only interested to get his check at the end of the transaction and was never there when he was needed, not even returning phone calls to my realtor and attorney, not even there for the walk thru of the property, not even giving the keys of the property so we did the closing and didn't have keys to get in to our own property, was not there for the closing. Ken Rubman is a total unprofessional Realtor and will never work with him again. I dont understand how Keller Williams can keep such unprofessional individuals like Ken Rubman in their team.
