Image of a listing one of their agents used looked nothing like the poor condition of the property when I drove by the property.

I just received a bill from HMS Home Warranty dated May 8th, 2017 even though I have been receiving mail from my old address all along. I was told this was to be part of the closing package whether I paid or whether the seller paid. I was also told by HMS that they had also sent letters to my Agent that this bill was outstanding and that the warranty would be cancelled. I received no call, no follow up. My agent was not present in the closing ...every single agent in all previous 3 homes I purchased in the past was always present to be sure everything was done. This is just one of a string of incidents with Keller Williams and poor follow up (what follow up?).
