Horrible Realtor, They will sell a house out from under you and not even contact you. They will let you drive up to find out the house is sold and say..." oh sorry can I show you another?" David Vizard is VERY unprofessional. Go to any other Realtor in the area! UPDATE, they replied that I had made my appointment with a different agent.... That's a lie and they are trying to cover. I spoke with them directly. DO Not Trust them!!
Very professional and responded to my call after hours same day. Also had appointment with an agent next day. Tracy is great and worked well with my family and myself. I highly recommend going through this agency if you're looking to make a purchase in the near future.
What really sets a realtor apart like Dave Kraft, for me at least, is the level of knowledge about both properties and the area. Really helped us get a foothold on the area and understand what was a good idea and what wasn't. Thanks to him a stressful decision became an easy one!
