Keller Williams represented a buyer for our property. They refused to provide us with the home inspection that was done by the buyer (even though our purchase agreement in section 12A(5) stated that the Seller is legally able to request and obtain said copy of inspection.) on several occasions. The buyer's agent also refused, or simply pretended, to not relay the fact that her buyer's were not able to obtain financing on 2 separate instances. An agreement was made, and then the buyer had several credit/cash roadblocks that were not relayed to us in a timely fashion, so said closing was delayed and extended for over 3 months, to the final result of the buyer needing an extra FIFTEEN THOUSAND dollars. Keller Williams Keystone Realty represented us when we bought one of their houses without a realtor on our end (long story). They were always easy to get a hold of, office staff was great, both realtors were very friendly and it was nice knowing we were dealing with Christians. Our only complaint was we gave them two separate deadlines on two separate issues and neither deadline was honored. The second deadline dealt with an unusual issue regarding paperwork missing from the double wide being purchased and the realtor was extremely slow and didn't seem motivated to find the information himself.
