Had a horrible experience working with their agents, for almost a year, and left them a message to discuss with someone higher up and received no call back. Beware! Do not work with this company

A realtor by the name of Katrina Ulcinova walked into my private home with two other individuals without my expressed permission for a “walk thru” scheduled the day before between 5-6p.. I quickly made her aware that I was uncomfortable with her just walking into my home and she stated that she had the right to because she had a scheduled visit. Despite her blatant intrusiveness I allowed them to walk thru my home.. I began to again express to her how I had never experienced a realtor just walk into my home where they pay rent and she then stated I could just speak with my realtor if I had a problem!! (which as a tenant I dont have)?? The entire encounter was very unprofessional and this woman has no idea of how to just apologize?

Avoid realtor Kevin Novotny very unprofessional doesn’t respond to buyers request for info after he accepts offer. Kevin and sellers attorney agreed to inspection, when contractors and I got there we were racially profiled against by sellers, seller stated “we did not belong there and he was going to call the cops” after his attorney confirmed the night before.
