DO NOT use this brokerage unless you want to be ripped off. I gave my listing to Dakota and he kept his word for about a week. He made a deal to give away my profit on the sale of my house to the buyers after I had to mark my house down $40,000 just to sell. He told the buyers that I was offering $9000 in closing and then contacted me and said nothing about that. He wouldn’t show me the breakdown on. commissions Until three hours Before closing, And when I refused to sign, he threatened to sue me. I ended up signing under duress To keep from being sued. We are seeking legal counsel. I have never been treated so bad by any Organization in my life.

Keller Williams Greater Athens boasts an agent who is highly dishonest, manipulative, has zero integrity, and intimidates through passive threats. His use of financial manipulation through cognitive omission is astounding, and it’s apparent he has done this to other people in the past and has been able to get away with it by use of legal loopholes that he doesn’t seem to believe his clients are smart enough to know about. My advice to anyone who feels as though they have been wronged by an agent at Keller Williams Greater Athens is to report it. You can report both your agent and the KW market center. Go to the Georgia Real Estate Commission & Appraisers Board and file an ethics complaint. Go to the Georgia Secretary of State and file an ethics complaint. Make sure you provide any and all

This agency has proven to be VERY unprofessional & immoral. One agent, in particular, was terribly dishonest & manipulative in our negotiations to purchase a half million dollar property. He also did not serve his client well. We WILL be reaching out to Keller Williams upper management with a formal complaint. We have purchased many properties around the country and in this area. This has been the worst experience by far! Would not recommend!

My first experience with an agent from Keller Williams Greater Athens was with Laura Lieden she was amazing to work with. I just recently worked with Kristin Goodman who was referred to me by Laura was super amazing. She always made it easy, when I felt like oh I’m just not going to find anything in my price range. She never gave up hope on finding the right home for me. I had this Wonder Woman of a Realtor everywhere and she never once said no. She never gave up when I did. I could call or text her at any given time. Not to mention she’s very beautiful inside and out.

Carol Bitner was knowledgeable about the current market in our area and had experience selling homes in our neighborhood. She made suggestions regarding listing price, showed us current comps in the area, and discussed marketing strategies. Carol pulled out the stops marketing our home with drone video coverage, visual materials and an open house on day one. We believe her marketing and suggestions led to the multiple offers we received and two contracts within 5 days of of listing. Carol also helped in negotiating the best price for us and recommending a vendor for one repair needed from the inspection report. We would highly recommend Carol, especially when selling a higher priced property.
