I would give more stars if I could. Stellar experience. Adam Borders has been incredible helpful! Tons of knowledge in knowing what to look for and pays attention to the details! He has really gone the extra mile and more with our house hunting.

I was charged 6%. There are realtors out there who will charge you 3%. Do not sign anything the first day. Do not sign anything at all. You should haven’t to exclusively contract with a realtor. I was pressured into signing a contract on the first meeting. The contract was predatory. I was a single mother and this was during Covid. Pretty horrid business practices if you ask me.
