One of this KW office agents misrepresented a material detail to the property I was buying. It was a deal breaker. I asked him 4 + times to confirm the accuracy of my question. He "misrepresented" this detail to me AND my daughter at different times while she was at the property. As a result, I confirmed with him IF this detail is correct, I will go forward with this deal. He guaranteed me it was, so I spent $150 on a sewer inspection and $400 on a home inspection. AT THE INSPECTION, after spending $550, I found out he'd misrepresented this to me. I contacted the Managing Broker, who called me a liar basically and said it's "he said, she said".
