Keith was awesome! He did a complete report of my new roof! I definitely recommend him and would use him in the future for any home inspection needs.

He did a great job inspecting our New roof for our wind mitigation Compliance report for the insurance company. He noticed that the 3rd nail was not completed by the roofing company as contracted. He recommended a specialist in this area who was able to remedy the situation so that we are now compliant with wind mitigation Requirements and eligible for the insurance discount.

Conley, who did the inspection, was extremely personable and answered all my questions. He was thorough and took his time. He even showed me the pictures he took before he left.
