Keith and his team came in at the 11th hour on A home being purchased by one of our clients that had received a written conditional commitment from another lender however, approximately seven days prior to the scheduled settlement that lender informed us they were unable to complete the transaction based on information in our file, information that they had for over 60 days. Keith and his team came in and closed that property in 15 days. Not exactly sure how you add more to that.
