Patrick Keevan built my home in Shadow Wood. From planning throughout construction, the process was seamless. His staff listened very carefully to make sure everything that was requested was done precisely as planned. When we were ready to move into the home, we had a very small punch list which was completed immediately after move in. We never had any further issues that needed attention. Our home was perfect. Thank you Patrick for the superb craftsmanship and outstanding staff.

Patrick and his crew were simply amazing. Patrick helped us plan for and execute, a plan to rebuild one large kitchen and three bathrooms, in our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home, while we lived in the home with 4 Dalmatians, and two cats! I am sure he will never try this again, but his plan, as well as the results are/were stunning. Patrick came by on many days, twice per day. Once early, once at the end of the day to check on the days work. many days, he was present while key items were un-boxed, delivered, installed, or reviewed. Patricks foreman, John, is simply the best I have ever experienced. Thorough, dependable, and very cautious with our home. I would trust John with any job my home needed, and we have! I don't know where to begin. We had our home remodeling done by Keevan Homes, recommended by our realtor. Initially the jobs started out great, but we should have been red flagged when his initial quotes for flooring etc came back way off from the bidders. Towards the end of the job, he faded out, left it to his assistant but got angry with his assistant for finishing the punch list. That ended, the pinch list never got finalized. I found an issue in a window, I asked for advice, he blew me off. It ended up being termits. I had to fight with him and the tile guy to fix the leak in the shower that they put in. They put a decorative tile in my shower, not ment for the shower so now the color is coming off. They never educated me that the tile was not ment for the shower. The
