I requested base pricing information on some floor plans via email. Instead of providing the information I was looking for, I was told the floor plans were very costly and shown other floor plans and their costs. When I responded to Cindy (the person I had been corresponding with) that I was unsure if we werent on the same page due to a miscommunication or if she was being rude, I received additional emails that were passive aggressive and then stated that I was too far away to work with. I'm less than 15 miles away and for obvious reasons, I had already crossed this business off the list. Had I been given the information I requested plus some additional options at a lower price point, I would've likely moved forward working with this company. Instead, it felt like I was met with a condes

Absolutely horrible people to rent from. We were filling out an application and he called me within 2 minutes saying my references didn't leave a good review. I called them and he never contacted them. He turned around and said he found some of his own. Then discriminated against us due to my boyfriend being on disability thanks to cancer. Then told me I needed to grow up and become more responsible. Absolutely horrible people. Beyond cocky. Can't wait till karma hits them!
