Don’t buy a KB home. They are not built with quality and the contractors they hire are garbage. Window won’t open properly they come off the track. Builders poured concrete in plumbing line having them to redo all the plumbing line. Don’t do it save yourself the pain.
If you are looking for your next home. Run away from KB. It’s been years and they still haven’t come out to correct their mistakes. Shotty electrical work. Cut corners everywhere.
