KB Home Whiteview Village

First off, $7500 deposit is asking a lot from someone, but I was willing as I was excited about this home and location. If you pull out of the deal due to quality issues, you will not get even partial refund. I had concerns about frame overhang that was on my inspection report and was not comfortable moving forward. Communication with KB changed their tone after that. They only care about you up until it no longer benefits them or try to persuade you all is good disregarding your actual feelings. KB does not have a heart and will keep thousands of your dollars as if they don’t make enough already - absolutely wrong. This was my first and will be the last time I ever consider KB Homes. They also don’t provide you HOA rules, you have to ask.

Kathy Roberts has been a great person to know. She's been very helpful and answered all questions that we had appropriately. I've been to other home builders, dealt with many realtors and I can say that Kathy has been the best person to work with. She makes you feel at ease, comfortable and also confident in the whole process. She's very professional, knowledgeable and genuine. As this being the first time building a new home, Kathy has made this a good experience for me. I'm so glad that I made the right choice to build with KB homes and would like to give Kathy Roberts a special thanks for everything.

We did have an initial home build issue with our home. It was not a quality issue. It took some persistence to reach upper management but I am pleased to report that KB Home did resolve the issue and made things right for us. We are looking forward to living in Whiteview and look forward to meeting neighbors and making friends. We are building our home and met with Peter who was professional and attentive from day one. Peter has communicated with us on a regular basis (several times a week) and has gone out of his way sending videos and photos of the progress. With a long distance build, he has been a godsend. We also worked with Adam who was extremely helpful. Olivia in the design center has been wonderful and we are looking forward to closing on our new home. KB will be our forever home and we cannot wait.

Our experience with KB Homes has been wonderful!! Our agent Peter has been an absolute gem from the very beginning. As a first time home buyer, all the steps and “need to knows” can be daunting.
