KB Home Sycamore at Patterson Ranch

The entire neighborhood is beautifully designed with a focus on community. We love having access to the walking trails right outside our door. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to school and downtown patterson. We've already started meeting our neighbors, and there is a great sense of community here. We highly recommend kb homes this community to anyone looking for a well-built home and a welcoming neighborhood. It was a seamless and painless process from start to finish.

Lost time on visit this house, promised a lots but don’t honor with the initial offer. I asked if they do the same offer as others construction companies (low APR, pay for close cost, etc … ) they said yes and I show the number, but after I have the pre approval letter they change all number, add 30k for closing cost and others costs.
