Little yards, next to a jail looking building. And I can already tell those houses are going to have foundation issues the same as most communities do in San Antonio, because builders don't really do a thorough study of the ground before building. Just look at the way the roads start to deteriorate. It's better to buy an old house or to buy a piece of land and have a real architect build you one.

If you want a sloppy built home with final repairs being made AFTER you close because the lenders rush you into an incomplete home, the sales counselor to be unorganized who doesnt even know when your home is to close nor cant get in contact with at close, pompous construction leader, disorganized and non communicative construction repairs owed to you 6+ months with no follow up in hopes time will go by and lapse your warranty coverage then go ahead and try to buy here but both my neighbor and I are extremely unhappy with our homes. Foundation and wall bulges with no real reason as to why, crooked cabinets, all trim work cut too short, laundry room is completely non operable, sinkhole in front yard leaving underneath sidewalk exposed, mud tracked up and down my attic from repairs forced to
