KB Home Somerset - Classic Series

Caution: Buyer Beware! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a home, and this one would have been my seventh new build. I first visited in February 2024, meeting with Melissa, who said three-car garage lots would be available in Phase 2, expected to open by November or December 2024. Phase 1 three car garage lots were already sold out. However, Phase 2 didn’t open until March 2025, and the two initially available lots sold out right away. They held back the three remaining lots for a later release. Throughout 2025 and into 2026, I frequently inquired about these lots, only for the second and THIRD sales representatives to both be told by regional executives to stop asking. This was extremely frustrating and indicative of poor management and certainly not good c

We recently visited this community met with a gentleman named Jason. He was polite and extremely helpful even after we said we are months from being ready to purchase. The homes are gorgeous and they have way more options than we imagined. The neighborhood looks so inviting and clean. We are so eager to be able to move forward. I highly recommend you stop by.
