KB Home Sierra Vista at Kelly Ranch

We had an amazing experience building our home with KB Homes. Darla, our sales rep, was incredible—she gave us weekly updates on the progress of our house and always made sure we felt informed and confident throughout the process. She was professional, kind, and very responsive. Sam, our construction manager, was just as great. He handled anything we needed fixed quickly and thoroughly, and always took the time to explain things and make sure everything was done right. It really felt like he cared about the quality of our home. Overall, the customer service with KB Homes has been so much better than what we experienced with our previous new build. Samuel is overseeing the construction; we are currently receiving weekly updates and they have been accommodating in coordinating and responding to 3rd party inspections we requested during the build process. Our inspector has been pleased throughout all of the phase inspections, with no major issues to report. Kelly Ranch is located within a great school district and what’ll hopefully be a tight knit, family friendly, and safe community as it gets built out.
