KB Home Sagecrest Preserve

My family and I have had such a wonderful experience with KB Homes and our community, Sagecrest Trails. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. We’ve been in our home for just over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The closing process was smooth and stress-free, and every single person we worked with was friendly, professional, and attentive. He was incredibly welcoming, informative, and never pushy — he truly made us feel at home from the very beginning. I’ve had lots of issues with KB Homes. Starting from the loan processing to the warranty. I’ve literally only been here 4 months. Additionally, I understand this community is still being developed but we’re paying an annual HOA fee. The least they could do is maintain the amenity area and finish the landscaping around the pond area to make it look nice. Nobody even follows the rules. People are always blocking sidewalks with their cars. Our HOA contact is in Dallas. Everyday I regret closing on my home. I guess you get what you pay for.

I love my KB Home SAGECREST COMMUNITY. My neighbors are welcoming and friendly. My neighborhood is very quiet! My family loves it. Thank you KB Homes for our beautiful home!!!!

Been here for over a year and love living here. Quiet and quick access to 45. Great experience with all KB staff and great craftsmanship on the build of our home. Very satisfied.

KB Homes built my home in 2018 and I'm already getting leaks in the roof. The flashing between the brick and roof has a gap and they won't even reply to my emails anymore. Their own guy came out and saw the gap and said that wasn't right, but they are saying its due to the crazy weather we have had. This isn't the only issue I've had with my newly built home. They didn't completely seal the shower. If you buy a KB home get a good inspector and be sure you write down everything that's wrong, don't just blue tape it and expect them to have fixed them all. I will not buy another KB Home. I have neighbors that are having tons of issues too.
