It has been a very pleasant home buying experience and we are so glad that they are a part of it...

We just moved from Hawaii a couple years ago and I decided it was time to purchase. Jared and Vanessa was so awesome from the time we walked in. They answered all of our questions and the floor plans was perfect for our family's. If your thinking of purchasing a home you should definitely go see them.

Jared, & Vanessa truly went above & beyond to make my family and I feel welcomed upon walking new housing development at The Landings. We asked several questions and not once did they act like we were annoying them. Highly recommend checking this location out!

We are so excited about our new house through KB! The process has been so fun and Jared, Wes and the rest of the KB team have been wonderful! Nothing but good things to say about the people, BUT had to dock 1 star because I didn’t get to choose my paint finish (or color). There is no upgrade options for paint and the default is SW Alabaster in a flat finish which I don’t love for a household with a messy toddler and dirty dog. Other than that, love the customization ability, the process, the pricing, the communication, etc. Just give me eggshell! 😂
