10 stars. The whole process from buying to construction has been nothing short of amazing. Goran and T in office are professional, friendly and super helpful. Updates almost every day throughout the process. I couldn’t have found a better experience for a first time home buyer. If you want someone who genuinely cares and communicates daily Tony is your go to guy for the builder. He makes sure everything is great and sends updates daily. If you see something you don’t like or an issue. It’s fixed while you are still doing your walk through. I can’t say enough great things about Tony. Dude is a stand up guy and I’m so grateful we were teamed up with him. Professional, communication is 1000%, detailed and just an all around great guy. I will forever be grateful for the support we’ve received

We had a fantastic experience visiting Cypress Bluff and working with Goran from KB Homes. He was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful—guiding us through everything with clarity and honesty, without ever being pushy. Goran took the time to listen, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We’re still weighing our options, but this was by far one of the best new-home visits we've had. Goran is a real asset to KB Homes!
