KB homes is the worst house builder. They will make you cookie cutter homes with the worst quality and cut corners wherever they possibly can to save a penny. I made the mistake of buying a KB house just to have tons of problems. If you file a claim on issues you wouldn’t expect from a new home, you will go through the wringer getting them fixed. KB homes you need to do better. You need to do right for your customers
