Im a little disappointed. And maybe I dont understand Florida realtors and homebuilders. But, i do understand buyers and resale value....do your homework before you visit, do your homework before you agree to terms and sign. My daughter, was a 22 year old when she walked into the office, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Happy to be purchasing her new home and even happier to do it on her own! Im proud of her! Meant to be a surprise for our visit, and it was, but i was disappointed in what or how the management or sales agent "led" her to buy a particular home without a separate shower and without an enclosed master bathroom toilet!
