Been living here 4 months and has been harassed, maintenance come in your home to report your business and won't fix nothing. I have Ben constantly sick after moving in the unit due to mold,mildew and mushrooms growing throughout it

This place is a joke. If u need something quick and have No expectations then maybe this is for you. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T THEY WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. They have a job to do.. Which is keep the place full they dont give a damn about you after that. I'll be looking to sublease or pay to end my lease soon.

50 dollar late fee if your rent is late plus another 50 after the 15 I would hate it if someone lost a job or something not helping the low income everybody's not on HUD 50 dollar's in late fees like your living in a townhouse or something come on b real with yourselves it's 5,15 to 25 in late fees not 50 dollar's

Keep goin up on people's rent roach infested molly heads walking around all night not worth the price they are charging these people are crazy to want you to pay that amount to live in a place like that smh mangement should be ashamed nice places are up for 625 not 675

Terrible place to stay or hangout! Not recommended if you have a family!
