Love love love my house! I am a native born and raised here in Naples and I moved into my home not brand new 6 years ago. My home was built in 2001 and we have done some upgrades (closed in the 3 car garage we have 6 kids, added a walk in pantry) and you can tell they don’t build homes like mine anymore. From our stucco to the joists in the roof, inspectors have complemented and honestly I can tell during hurricanes my house is build solid! If you want a local, good quality build I would highly recommend cause my house speaks for its self!

We contacted Kay Lifestyle Homes after experiencing the bankruptcy of Metro Homes, Stuart and Steve helped us determine what steps we needed to follow and had Kay Lifestyle Homes under contract within a few weeks. We are extremely happy with the build process and quality of our new home and being over 3,000 miles away we had constant communication with status reports twice a week, with pictures, utilizing the Buildertrend portal. During the build process Itzamar (design coordinator) and Peter (build coordinator) worked very closely with us to make sure our new home was built to our expectations.
