Great customer service. They have been very patient with me as I am a difficult customer. Their lead times are a little longer than some of the national builders but that translates into a better built home. Excellent quality control. They include a lot that most other builders consider an extra. I would definitely buy another house from them and reccomend them to a friend.

I have selling new construction homes for many years and expect for builders to be challenging. However, this builder wins several awards....Worst communication of any builder in a 32 year career and most in your face direct violation of Respa and several other laws. I originally visited this builder for a client moving up from Texas. I had tirelessly visited every community in the Crystal Valley Ranch area and upon previewing a 3 story new construction of theirs thought it would be a good fit for our clients. However, upon bringing my clients back to visit the home the builders sales rep who is the brother of the owner of the company walked up to me in front of my clients and announced while I was reviewing the contract that we know the commission payable to the agent says 3% but we are o

Quality looked good, communication was terrible. You can be the lucky one that takes 7 months to build, or the unlucky one that takes 17 months. Never got to see our house finished as we backed out of the deal after 8 months of watching a dirt lot get more dirt put on it.

Took 20 months to build our home. We backed out at the end do to not feeling comfortable with some of their work. They refused to give us our deposit back even though they sold the house to someone else overnight for $25,000k more. Money is priority #1 Not the customer.
