Can we say DREAM TEAM?! Because that’s what you’re getting when you move here. Everyone in the office is so helpful and will bend over backwards to make life easier for you. Jeylen, Andrea, and Jesus are some of my favorite people. I’ve lived here for a while and once my lease was up I transferred to a bigger unit and they made it sooooo simple for me! On top of that the maintenance crew is AMAZING. These guys truly care and are so helpful! They brighten my day anytime I see any of them around the property with their big smiles and greetings. Honestly you would be lucky to call this place home, between the people who work here and the amazing people I get to call my neighbors it’s truly an amazing place to be. ❤️

We’ve had a great experience living at Katy Ranch Apartments. The maintenance team is amazing and always fixes everything really fast. We have been residents for 4 years, and the office staff has consistently been helpful with anything we need. It’s a calm, welcoming community and we definitely recommend it

Jeylen is a new hire to the office team overall shes been incredibly helpful these past weeks, and the whole team is also super friendly. I’ve been here for 3 years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this community also the events are always fun too!

Touring the community with Jesus the property manager was such a positive experience! The apartments are gorgeous, the property is beautifully maintained, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Jesus made the whole process easy and enjoyable, he’s knowledgeable, personable, and really made me feel at home. It’s clear this is a place where both the people and the property are cared for.
