I hear great things about this place from the management team to maintenance crew. No wonder this place stays 100% occupied month after month.
I was blessed to be able to live at these apartments with my kids after facing being homeless.(2021) I was welcomed with opened arms by this community and the office manager at the time which was JoAnn Martinez. She is truly heaven sent and did her job with purpose. The apartment made me feel like family I will never forget staying here for almost 2 years . It was truly life changing for me and my kids. The maintenance was always completed on time and any issued was with my apartment was resolved. Thank you again Katy Manor & Office Manager JoAnn Martinez
