My parents are renting a condo in Bonita National for the month and Katrina has been the point person of contact of the property. They love the location and enjoy this property but have found her extremely difficult to work with. She has had no problem asking them to let someone in for an inspection. That person who was to be let in at 11 Am shows up at 3 PM and their whole day was a wash. She made no apologies for this. As a matter of fact She just today told them on the 28th of the month "at the end of thier monthly rental" they are to be put at 9 AM NO EXCEPTIONS. They will be coming back to this lovely community but they will never work with Katrina again
