No one will work harder to get your home sold than Katie Groomes. Katie went above and beyond what the usual realtor would do, even helping us paint the ceiling of our family room!! She was always ready to answer questions and give us information we needed to help us make informed decisions. Was never pushy, just supportive. Katie Grooms is a professional and exceptional real estate agent. My husband and I have bought and sold over a dozen houses in our life time. We have definite opinions about what we like and want in a home, and it goes without saying what we don't. In looking for a home we had the flexibility to look in a large area of the sate Katie was the 4th and last agent we worked with on this home search. She showed us homes in 9 different counties. We tried to be respectful of her time and tried to see at least three homes per trip and often then very next day from a previous trip.
