Kate's Trace

My niece lives here and I'll always felt safe when I would visit her. There's onsite management available to assist. I don't reside here, but I would recommend this community and location.

The apartment complex is a good and safe place... the leasing management is very nice, professional, and welcoming... Mercy is very informative and helpful... I recommend this complex to future residents.

I have been living in Kate's Trace apartments since September 2005 Kate's Trace apartments is the one of best apartment complex to live in Newport News the only way I would leave Kate's Trace is if I was offered a house paid for the tenants here stay to them selves it's really quiet the children all get along the schools are great the hallways are kept clean their's even a company that comes out and washes the buildings the trash is never an issue unless it's around Christmas time our maintenance man come to work extra early so that he can clean up around the trash cans Monday through Friday if something needs to be fixed it gets done right away so with that being Said the only time someone gives a bad report on Kate's Trace Cir is because they have to move for financial reasons or just
