Kastle Systems

Currently work with Kastle Systems and they have been the worst to work with so far. Once they install at your property, you barely hear from them again even when you have submitted support tickets to your account manager (which barely seem to be at work since I get an out of office email almost every time or can’t reach them through phone). If I could gut the whole system and cancel the contract with them, I absolutely would. You would think since you paid them like 10k they would want to keep their clients happy. Give me Door King back and throw this whole company away.

A nightmare to work with, can't get any one on the phone to fix my issues, and if I do takes WEEKS to even get a follow up. The overall lack of communication is so unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. Because we are subleasing we had no choice but to work with this unfortunate company. They desperately need to do better.

This is not a review of the company's services, but rather, their drivers. Kastle Systems Black van #73 was driving recklessly (e.g. tailgating and speeding) on 7/17/18 around 6:30 AM between Whole Foods and Giant in West Falls Church. I've lived in Northern VA for 21 years ... yes, we have terrible drivers. But, when you're driving a vehicle with a company logo on it, this behavior is unacceptable and can get someone hurt. Hopefully, upper management will read this and take action. I called the company to report the incident as well.

The website has been having problems Communicating for our Security release for our Elevators. I assume is due to updates going on. The company overall is Great with explaining and assisting you with your issues. Thank You
