Kascade Place Apartments

Kascade Place is a fantastic apartment complex. My company has done several design update projects in this building. I am always impressed by the level of care and oversight from management and maintenance in this building. Tristan, the property manager does a great job supporting the tenants, making sure everything is smooth running. I have spent many hours in the building - it’s quiet, safe, with spacious apartments and a great location. Definitely one of the best-valued apartment options in Rochester.

I love living here very nice views and a very quiet place to live everyone is super nice and the complex is kept in very good conditions. I love using the pool table to relax and they have a locked mail room so I feel safe ordering all of my packages. Tristan is amazing and so very welcoming all the time.

I have lived at Kascade Place for going on two years and have enjoyed my time here very much. It is a quiet welcoming environment, which is something I definitely look for in a place to live. Tristan (property manager) is very communicative and helps things run very smoothly. Tristan and the other staff working here are friendly and extremely helpful. I have never ran into any issues while living here. The one time I needed a repair, maintenance was very quick to help (it was also during a blizzard- so thank you again!) Overall it has been a wonderful experience & I would highly recommend Kascade Place for a place to live!

I lived at Kascade from November until March 2024-2025. Tristan in the office was amazing from the second I first did a walk-in asking if there was any units available until the end when my security deposit was returned. I hadn't rented for decades but he made me feel at ease. He was so kind, helpful, and honest which is hard to find with rental companies. My unit was clean, well-maintained, safe, and the building it's self is quiet as a mouse-I rarely heard anyone else even with someone above and below me. Underground parking was great during the winter and can be canceled at any time! I had my 2 children with me and they were safe, respected, and happy here. Kascade Place is a wonderful place to live. I was a tenant here for a year from December 2023 to January 2025. Tristan is a wonderful and phenomenal leasing manager. He cares deeply and genuinely for his tenants and the experience they have living here. He makes it simple and easy to thrive and be happy here. It is so very important to have management and maintenance staff that make residents their first priority, and to focus their efforts primarily on maintaining both effective and efficient communication. I have never had a better experience as a renter, mainly due to relative affordability in Rochester and all the reasons I mentioned above.
