Any company that needs to continually post fake positive/5 star reviews because of their less than stellar reputation in the industry should put a magnifying glass on their management and management style. How can new 5 star ratings exceed the number of actual employees over years and years? Management style is obtuse and archaic, and this trickles down to how the properties are run and the tenants are treated. Despite decades in the real estate business, appear to know nothing about either real estate or business in general. Definitely do not recommend as a property manager or employer.

I recently changed to a property managed by Karney, and I have been pleased with how it is run. I appreciate the quick replies and desire to help. Highly recommend.

Antiquated, outdated and lacking vision. High end properties run like low end properties. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

rented a property from karney and it was horific. constant issues and they would never fix anything. finally ended the lease and went to equity office
