He was even generous enough to link us up with someone to assist us with the purchase of our new home out of state. Karl helped me purchase my first house. He was very experienced and professional. He was especially knowledgeable about loan programs, financing options, inspections, insurance, and other aspects of buying a house that a first time home buyer wouldn’t know. I learned a lot about real estate during my 2 months being in contact with Karl. Everyone I’ve talked to about my house purchase asks about who my realtor was, and I always mention how great Karl was and recommend him to them. I’ve known Karl for roughly 7 years and since day one I knew he was trustworthy. When we went to post our house he immediately gave us the pros and cons and assured us we were making the right move. Karl set up everything from viewings to photographs and assured us he would get a deal done. After a week or so we hit a wall with a lot of positive feed back, but no serious buyers. Karl is a fantastic realtor. It was great working with him to sell our home at 6500 Oxford Ave. Karl is knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. His guidance was invaluable. He responded to our questions (and we had alot of them) quickly and accurately. His observations on what we needed to do were excellent. He connected us with workmen and a cleaning crew that were spot on. In all, he made our house selling experience alot less stressful. We thank him for a job well done and would recommend him highly.
