Karen is by far the most incredible realtor we have ever worked with (this after having bought and sold multiple homes). She absolutely goes above and beyond to get the job done, is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and local market, has fantastic communication, and is a delightful person to work with. Karen is the most amazing realtor I have used in my life (I have purchased and sold a number of homes too)! Karen communicates everything well and goes above and beyond. She helped me to work out a county septic mapping issue that needing solving. At one point, Karen dug up the ground to find the tank opening which saved me money! She was able to foresee a survey issue and alerted me so I could resolve before I sold my home. Karen also helped me to get my bank account into a trust account which I needed since home was in a trust. If u want the very best, use Karen Dorans! She will not disappoint!

Being an international seller, trying to co-ordinate issues to be resolved pre sale was difficult.
