Karen was an excellent realtor to work with! She went above and beyond all expectations to help us find the perfect home for us. While trying to find a home to purchase from afar naturally has its challenges, she made the process as easy and smooth as could be. She took the time to be personable and really get to know us and what we were looking for :-)

A few years ago, I started working with Karen and her team when she helped turn my dad's house into a rental property. She gave us great feedback on what we needed to repair, and what we could hold off on addressing in order to save on expense all at one time. I feel very comfortable with her team managing my childhood home. Most recently she sold my condo. We received an offer within 2 mos, while some identical condos in the neighborhood had been on the market for almost 9 months! Having a rental property and selling a home can be stressful. But, Karen is professional, knowledgeable, lighthearted, and positive which makes the whole process smooth and seamless. I'm planning to relocate out of state, but have told her I wish she could be my realtor when I move!

Karen was a God send for us! We are a military family who came to Va. years ago over a holiday weekend to buy our first home. Karen spent several hours a day for the next 4 DAYS!!! showing us properties (in our little mini-van full of kids). Karen and her team made our home buying experience smooth and reduced our stress. We bought when homes were getting multiple offers the first day they were listed. With Karen, we were able to access homes that we were interested in and she was able to submit our offer quickly and it was accepted! Since buying, we have continued to reach out to her for contacts to help us with various projects. Her team is professional and we have referred her multiple times to family and friends looking to buy. We will use her team in the future.

Karen Davis is the worst stealestate agent I have ever met. She did nothing but worry about how much money she was going to make than care about her clients!! NEVER give her the time of day if you want to buy or sell property! Wonder why she keeps moving from one agency to another! Think about it ! She finds issues that don't even exist to benefit her!!! Be smart Hampton Roads. There are a ton of agents who are honest. Don't settle and be stupid hiring her!!
