Very professional and friendly. Shellie helped us with our closing but in the days leading up to our it, I suffered a personal loss. She and I had a nice conversation while doing what needed to be done. I think she went above and beyond and wasn't just all business. Thank you again

Horrible experience with this location. I suspect many other people have had similar experiences, but when a contract is allowed to expire, the earnest money should be returned immediately. This was not the case and this location and their attorneys are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine! Next time we will avoid dealing with Kansas unsecured title.
