Very difficult to work with. They required some documents to complete closing, despite having the necessary documentation on hand. After a long process to get their documents to another part of the country to be notarized and sent DIRECTLY back to them, out of pocket expenses I did not have, & a very long delay - they insisted on an impossible scenario to have the interested party present despite having notorized confirmation to move forward. Needless to say I chose to work with another title company and have since closed. Too many complications to achieve such an easy task with this company.

Kansas Secured Title was absolutely amazing to work with. They were professional and friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. They made the process of selling my old house and purchasing my new house a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone to Kansas Secured Title for an amazing and stress free experience of selling or purchasing a home or property.
