I'm 59 years old . I was homeless two years. Now I have a ausome place to live. the apartment I was in before this one could fit into my current apartment living room. And the landlord is so much involved in what is going on that I feel safe here. No more sleepless nights thanks to the management here

Teresa is really takes the time to care about the residents but it is hard for her to do it most of the time per I don't understand why she has to manage 3 apartment building and do the job of three people she needs more help so she would only do one place so she can handle all the issues that were not handled by the other managers that wouldn't do there jobs right she is trying to make things at kannrnberg look better but hard because she doesn't have time to be there per she has to run three apartments building witch isn't right

Gorman company don't care they go in your apartment without your knowledge no notice no nothing till you receive an eviction notice then you know why they were in your apartment . Do NOT TRUST THEM especially Shelly Turner manager at kannenberge and the landmark apartments again do not trust these people please don't even rent there look somewhere else please

There's a problem with bed bugs there the sprinkler pipes are bursting I've been living here for 4 or 5 years and sprinklers have burst at least six or more times it flooded first floor really bad one time I can't remember the last time we had inspections it was good to start out with when I first moved in and then it went downhill from there people smoking their apartments when they're not supposed to and the landlord don't do anything about when I first moved into my apartment there was cigarette burns on the carpet that carpet should have been and all those pipes in that building needs to be replaced they're brittle even the plumber said that once you fix one part where it bursts it's going to burst in another area and it's going to keep happening until they replace all the sprinkler

When I moved out, they never got me my security deposit . It's been 2 month's and I have not heard anything from them
