They are opening to listening to any concerns and feedback that you might have to make your home search experience better. Customer service and honesty is very important when choosing a home. Everyone at the office provides it with nonetheless. They provide a lot of help and give clear information. They have homes in several locations and a variety of different styles such as apartments, 2 bed, 3 bed, 4 bed, and even land. They are open 7 days a week, which is so convenient for people with busy schedules. I recommend to anyone wanting to purchase or rent a home!

I met Khosrow back in January of 2024 and I was amazed at how well he handled and explained the lease to own process. Now I knew that the house needed some care but I was able to get exactly what I wanted and I know what I would have when finished. Long story short I have been in my home in Arlington. Earlier this month I got hurt and am looking at hardship due to a medical emergency requiring multiple surgeries. I reached out to Naseem and she called her dad Khosrow, we spoke in detail about what I have in front of me and the fact that I will be off of work for 4-6 months. He was kind and generous with me and my family. He told me that he would definitely be praying for me and hope for a speedy recovery but he also told me to give them what I can when I can and he would not charge any lat

Bad businesses practices Attempted to call to call to negotiate price on a house that has been on the market for several months and is not move In ready. House dropped in price by $1000 per month and definitely will not be rented by anyone who actually views the home as it’s in desperate need of a lot of repairs such as the roof leaking heavily causes most rooms having bowed ceilings and drywall all over the floor, doors did not close properly, skylights were busted and or leaking. Typical experience from a corporation owning the home.
