I bought a home with Kalli Ziegler Properties in April of 2008, lived there one year and have been using her property management services ever since (7 years). My property has been well maintained over the eight years and the tenants have been very happy with the management. I recommend the agency for property management and property purchasing. I’ve had a very pleasant experience renting from KZP. They’ve addressed all of our maintenance requests in a timely manner. Their maintenance guy is competent in all areas he’s had to address at our property. The lease signing was also a breeze. I did it all online while I was on vacation and it took about 30 minutes. Kalli has also been very delightful whenever I’ve had the opportunity to speak with her and her staff has also always been courteous. They are my fourth rental company in Fayetteville and I would definitely recommend them.
